Tip of the Week: Scalding Is Not Much Fun

I wish my tips were things more along the lines of: don’t overcook your cajeta or, don’t mouth off to referees or passport control officers and not: try not to scald your ribcage by pouring the boiling hot stock you’re straining onto yourself instead of into the container. Ow. Don't (really. don't) try this at home. And again: ow.

On the plus side (you know, if you want to see the plus side of a scalded ribcage), there are a lot more over-the-counter burn treatment options now then there were even a couple of years ago.
